Simple Place with Nice Touches

fun animation team fresh pancake stand delicious aubergine beach games

I found the animation team to be very fun, they had exercises and games at the beach. After dinner, music began and many joined in dancing. The food was really good and a pancake stand was available each morning. The aubergine was delicious, so i ate it daily.

The hotel, while sufficient, comes across as quite modest.

The hotel is near a private beach, this beach is just across the road. Free deck chairs and towels are available . A beach bar and several shops can also be found nearby.

The team washed common areas daily, doing so early in the morning. A swimming pool was available and it was quite clean. The garden surrounding it was beautifully maintained, with various flowers.

The staff was amazing. They were very kind and helpful. The receptionist changed my room and gave me a lovely view. The cleaning staff and bar staff were also fantastic.

The location was convenient. it was near many places i wanted to visit. the staff seemed helpful. Ali and hamada were particularly attentive. the hotel provided a calm atmosphere.

The hotel seemed old. the food options were limited. the same menu was repeated daily. i was annoyed by a vendor on the beach. They kept bothering guests.

bland food unclear inclusions

the food. oh, the food. it was like they were trying to invent new ways to make things taste bland. and dont even get me started on the drinks, paying extra for things i thought was already included. i think management should be more clear about what 'all-inclusive' really mean.

the all-inclusive drinks were a letdown. they served drinks in small plastic cups, and the beer tasted flat. cocktails were not an option, and there weren't any snacks throughout the day. the buffet had the same stuff every day, especially the fruit. we ended up eating out for most of our stay.

vibrant stay

clean room breakfast variety convenient location affordable excursions

The double room pool view was really good and well kept. Fresh towels were provided daily. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options like fresh omelets and local pastries. i was impressed with the proximity to the beach. It's directly across the street. the hotel also arranges excursions at fair prices. The white island diving trip is very nice.

the wifi signal in my room was quite weak, and i could only reliably access it in the lobby area. it made planning activities a little inconvenient.

The reception staff was helpful. Especially, ali and hamada were very friendly and efficient. they provided detailed information about local attractions and helped arrange transportation, so i felt very well taken care of.

The hotel offered a diverse menu that included both international and local cuisine. There were grilled options every day. desserts featured a variety of cakes and fresh fruits.

Excellent Stay Nearby Beach

Staff was helpful, especially at reception. My room had a balcony, a fridge, and a hairdryer, cleaned every day. This hotel is next to the beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels. I liked the location, near bars and shops, and a short walk to the center.

The all-inclusive package did not include bottled water. I had to pay for it.
